This is the code of conduct creators agree to, and the moderation policy fans can read.

Who can use MyFanQ

Creators must be 18 or older. Stripe verifies their identity and age before they can take paid questions, be paid, or appear in search. Fans must be 13 or older. People under 13 can’t sign up. Fans under 18 can only buy written questions. Gifts, voice, video and live sessions are not offered to them. Every message on their orders is reviewed before delivery. Fans aged 13–17 can spend up to $200 in a calendar month. Photos, files, links, and contact details are blocked in both directions on those orders. Patterns that look like grooming are reviewed by our team before anything is delivered. A creator can also mark a profile adults only. Both people on a video call must be 18 or older.

Fans pay with their own card or wallet. A parent or guardian is not the payer. Parental confirmation is required only when the fan is under the digital-consent age for their country, and only before the answer is delivered.

No off-platform contact with minors

Phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, links, and phrases like “add me on” are removed from questions and answers with fans aged 13–17. Creators do not see a minor’s email or phone.

Code of conduct for creators

• You are 18 or older and this profile is you.
• No sexual or adult content, including suggestive or erotic material, private intimate photos, and girlfriend-experience style services. No grooming, and no asking a minor to keep a secret from a parent.
• Do not sexualize a request or an answer. Attempts are blocked, and the check is stricter for fans under 18. We remove that material, hold payouts, and can ban the account.
• Do not ask a minor to move the conversation to another app, number, or account.
• Do not request images from a minor.
• Deliver the answer on MyFanQ. Fans under 18 get a written answer only.

Moderation

Every question and answer is checked automatically before delivery. Every message to or from a fan under 18 waits for review and is not delivered until it is reviewed by our team. Sexual content, grooming, self-harm, and harassment are reviewed by our team before delivery. If a message on an order from a fan under 18 looks sexual, it is blocked, not just held for review. Sexual content involving a child is blocked for every age. A creator answer that is blocked for sexual content is not stored, the profile is paused, and payouts are held. Our team can ban the fan if a held sexual question is rejected. The fan is not charged while an answer is waiting for review. If an answer is rejected and the creator does not send a different one within the 5 days, the card hold is released.

Every delivered answer has a report button. Reports are reviewed by our team.
