These are the house rules for questions, answers, live chat, and video calls.

MyFanQ is for personal questions, recorded voice or video answers, live chat, and video calls. Video calls are for people 18 or older on both sides.

• No sexual or adult content. That includes suggestive or erotic material, private intimate photos, and girlfriend-experience style services.
• No sexual content involving anyone under 18. The check is stricter for those fans.
• No harassment, threats, or hate.
• No fake profiles. A profile has to be the person who signed up.
• No doxxing, and no personal information about someone who is not part of the order.
• No asking a fan, especially a minor, to move the conversation to another app, number, or account.
• Creators can decline a question. A decline releases the hold.
• Fans and creators can report an order or a review. Reports go to an admin queue.
• Demo profiles are labeled “Demo creator · fictional”. They are not real people and are not shown in search.

Breaking these rules gets the material removed, holds payouts, and can ban the account.
