Questions, answered
When is my card charged?
When you order, the amount is held on your card. It is charged only when your answer arrives. No answer within 5 days? The hold is released and you pay nothing. You can cancel any time before delivery. A live chat or video call is charged after the session. If the creator doesn’t show up, you pay nothing. If you miss it, you can still be charged.
What if I don’t get an answer?
After 5 days the hold on your card is released and you pay nothing. You don’t need to do anything.
Who can use MyFanQ?
Creator sind 18+. Stripe prüft ihre Identität und ihr Alter, bevor Fans sie bezahlen, ein Geschenk senden oder sie in der Suche finden können. Fans ab 13 können MyFanQ nutzen. Ein Elternteil oder Vormund bestätigt per E-Mail, wenn der Fan unter dem digitalen Einwilligungsalter seines Landes liegt. Unter 13 ist gesperrt. Jugendregeln: nur schriftliche Fragen, jede Nachricht wird vor der Zustellung geprüft, ein Monatsrahmen von 200 $, und keine Geschenke, Sprache, Video oder Live-Sessions.
