MyFanQ (myfanq.com) is a worldwide marketplace. The English version of these terms prevails. Fans pay MyFanQ for a personal written, voice, or video answer, or for a live chat or video call, and MyFanQ pays the creator. The amount is held on your card when you order and charged when the creator delivers. If there is no answer within 5 days, the hold is released and you pay nothing. A live chat or video call is charged after the session. If that session is more than 5 days away, the card is saved and the hold is placed about 36 hours before it starts. Voice and video answers are recorded in the browser or uploaded, up to 3 minutes, and played on the private order link. Video calls run in the browser. Both people on a video call must be 18 or older. A fan or a creator can report a session.

Creators are 18 or older. They finish Stripe verification before fans can pay them, before they can be paid, and before they appear in search. They also agree to the Teen safety code and the creator agreement. Fans must be 13 or older. People under 13 cannot order. Fans under 18 can spend up to $200 each month. Questions and answers on those orders cannot include photos, links, or contact details, and every message is reviewed before delivery.

If a team member or AI helps write answers, the creator must say so on the profile and on the answer. “Written by the creator” means the creator writes the answer themselves.

Fans pay with their own card or wallet. A parent or guardian does not pay for them. If the fan is under the digital-consent age for their country, we email a parent or guardian a confirmation link and do not deliver the answer until they confirm. If they never confirm, the hold is released after 5 days.

Fans under 18 can only buy written questions. Gifts, voice, video and live sessions are not available to them. Every message on those orders is reviewed before delivery. Creators may set a profile to adults only.

You can cancel until delivery. If there is no answer within 5 days, the creator declines, the creator misses a live chat or video call, or a rejected answer is not replaced within the 5 days, the hold is released. Priority: answer within 24 hours. If it arrives later, you don't pay for Priority. If a fan misses a live chat or a video call, they can still be charged. You can join 10 minutes before the start. The session ends at the booked end time. Slot times are shown in the viewer's time zone, with the zone named. Cancellations and refunds are explained on Payments and refunds. The withdrawal form is there for consumers in the EU/EEA, including Norway, and the UK.

The creator is paid the price excluding VAT, minus a flat 10% platform fee. The 10% applies to the question price, Priority and gifts. Fans pay a 5% service fee on top, shown before they pay. The 10% platform fee comes out of the creator’s share; fans never pay it. A gift is a purchase from MyFanQ: the fan pays MyFanQ, and MyFanQ pays the creator for the gift. A gift sent with a question is charged only when the creator answers. A gift sent on its own is charged right away.

No sexual or adult content

That includes suggestive or erotic material, private intimate photos, and girlfriend-experience style services. MyFanQ removes that material, holds payouts, and can ban the account. The check is stricter for fans under 18: an attempt to sexualize a request or an answer is blocked rather than delivered.
