Creator agreement

By creating your page on MyFanQ (myfanq.com) you agree to the following:

• You are 18 or older, and the profile is you. You do not impersonate another person.
• You accept the Teen safety code and the Rules. No sexual or adult content, including suggestive or erotic material, private intimate photos, and girlfriend-experience style services. We remove that material, hold payouts, and can ban the account.
• Before fans can pay you or send you gifts, and before you appear in search, Stripe verifies your identity and age. If you don’t answer within 5 days, the fan’s hold is released and they pay nothing.
• Payouts are weekly via Stripe. You set up Stripe payouts during verification, before fans can pay you.
• You are paid the price excluding VAT minus the platform fee. The platform fee is a flat 10% of that price. The 10% fee applies to your price, Priority and gifts. Fans pay a separate 5% service fee on top. If VAT applies, it is taken out of the price before the 10% fee. A gift is a purchase from MyFanQ: the fan pays MyFanQ, and MyFanQ pays you for the gift. A gift sent with a question is charged only when the creator answers. A gift sent on its own is charged right away.
• If a teammate or an AI helps write an answer, you say so on the profile and on the answer.
