When is my card charged?
When you order, the amount is held on your card. It is charged only when your answer arrives. No answer within 5 days? The hold is released and you pay nothing. You can cancel any time before delivery. A live chat or video call is charged after the session. If the creator doesn’t show up, you pay nothing. If you miss it, you can still be charged.
What if I don’t get an answer?
After 5 days the hold on your card is released and you pay nothing. You don’t need to do anything.
Who can use MyFanQ?
Creators are 18+. Stripe verifies their identity and age before fans can pay them, send a gift, or find them in search. Fans 13+ can use MyFanQ. A parent or guardian confirms by email when the fan is under their country’s digital-consent age. Under 13 is blocked. Youth limits: written questions only, every message reviewed before delivery, a $200 monthly spend cap, and no gifts, voice, video, or live sessions.
